Manufacturing Supervisor | Whitehall, MI.

Openings for 2nd and 3rd Shift Manufacturing / Production Supervisor roles: $70-80k. You will oversee around 100 - 200 direct reports and report to the manufacturing manager. This off-shift position is located in Whitehall, MI. This is a permanent position.

Job Description

• Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products in the most efficient and safe manner.

• Ensure that scheduling meets both business and customer needs.

• Oversee 100-200 employees.

• Provide constructive feedback to employees.

• Inspect machines and equipment.

• Insure compliance with company policies.
