What you will do: Work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday day shifts Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Mondovi, Tuesday & Thursday in Whitehall to start. Job Description: The Physical Therapist in their clinical role examines, evaluates and assesses individuals of all ages who have medical problems or other health related conditions that limit their ability to move or function with activities of daily living. The Physical Therapist develops a plan of care and provides treatment techniques and interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability. The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services and elements of patient/client care management leading to optimal outcomes according to the relevant state Physical Therapy Practice Standards.
