Chubb Associate Account Executive in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Associate Account Executive

Education: 2-year college degree or equivalent job experience

Salary Grade: 16

Position Description: Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency, (CISA) Personal is a $400 million premium operation licensed in all 50 states and surplus lines. This position requires knowledge of various Chubb systems to process incoming endorsement requests; follow up on open underwriting items and correspondence. Ensure all communication is well documented in the agency management system. Answer incoming calls during peak call volumes.

Technical Skills:
Personal Lines experience
Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
Knowledge of the Masterpiece, PLS and inquiry systems preferred
Knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting a plus

Answer Mortgagee Phone Calls and Overflow Calls
Follow-up on Cancellation Requests
Follow-up on Underwriting Correspondence
Follow-up on Non-Masterpiece/Manual Transactions
Home Appraisal Follow-up and Tracking
Process Renewal Rewrites
Assist manager with General Email Box Inquiries
