EquipmentShare is Hiring a Project Manager - Advanced Solutions (Pump, Power & HVAC)

EquipmentShare is searching for a Project Manager to support our Whittier, CA Advanced Solutions team as it continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supporting the executive team with data and analytics of the designated region.

• Managing reports while tracking analytics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Additionally, this role involves building new educational training materials for regional leadership.

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

• Able to coordinate multiple projects at a high level of accuracy and speed.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Answers incoming Slacks, responds to emails and voicemails as needed.

• Manages complex travel plans, high-priority meetings, and sensitive appointment booking for senior leadership.

• Daily verification of receipts as needed.

• Prepares meeting materials and schedules as necessary.

• Manage team and help set up distribution on power and air projects.

• Manage and design customer projects by doing job walks for emergency and temporary rental events.

• Help train new technicians on install and repair of rental equipment.

We are looking for someone with availability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Experience and technical ability on generator power of HVAC units.

• Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets/Docs/Gmail)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Technical ability with Generator, Chiller or HVAC units to help diagnose or repair units.

• Ability to work independently and without much supervision.

• Must be available to work 40+ hours/week (M-F)

• Willing to travel to other regions to help aid in installs or management of projects.

Must be willing to travel 30-50% of the time helping in installations of events and large projects.
