Job Objective: Committed to being part of a positive working environment while providing quality products and meeting customers\ schedule. Reads blueprints and builds small to medium sized assemblies per plan specification.\ Essential Job Functions:\ Proficient at reading and interpreting aircraft blueprints.\ Experience in countersinking and installation of rivets.\ Experience in reaming close tolerance holes.\ Good communication skills.\ Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.\ Experience building medium sized assemblies preferred.\ Experience using adhesives and sealers preferred.\ Work Environment:\ Usual working days/hours: Monday thru Thursday 6:00am 4:30pm; Friday 6:00am 3:30pm. Working hours are subject to\ change based company needs, may require working on Saturday and Sunday.\ Manufacturing shop environment\ Frequently walks throughout the shop\ High noise level\ Equipment:\ Hand drills\ Drill Press\ Die Grinder (Dotco)\ Calipers\ Micrometers\ Height Gages\ Rivet Squeezes\ Rivet Gun
