Join us as a Child Start Assistant Site Supervisor where you will contribute to the overall leadership and supervision of our Early Head Start home visiting program. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures, state licensing requirements, and Early Head Start/USDA regulations. In addition, you may have the opportunity to serve as an interim site supervisor in the absence of regular staff. Come and make a meaningful impact while upholding high standards of compliance!

  • Communicate effectively by sharing concerns openly and honestly with appropriate staff members, and observe confidentiality in all dealings related to the program, staff, and families.

Perform home visiting and socialization duties, as a priority, when needed. - Assist with facilitating staff meetings and parent meetings, as requested. - Ensure confidentiality of children\'s records. - Work with all staff positions to encourage parent involvement in all components of the program.
