Where do you fit?

To be a successful Equipment & Supply Coordinator you must become able to do the following always:

  1. Assist with office systems management and daily operations support.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to identify their needs and to build relations.
  3. Manage applicable vendor relationships and office supply procurement.
  4. Coordinate the office systems ensuring systems are in place to collect, analyze, and report meaningful information. Produce various administrative reports analyzing trends and results.
  5. Provide daily operations management and support of office systems for multiple locations. This includes, but not limited to, phone systems, copiers, fax machines, printers, supplies, computer distribution, cell phones, smartphones, FOBs, and video conferencing.
  6. Determine furniture and systems needs and track asset inventory.
  7. Review and establish Equipment and Supply procedures.
  8. Serve as safety liaison.
  9. Comply and ensure the facilities of your area are up to date with regulatory requirements and safety protocols and meet the needs of staff and clients.
  10. Schedule and conduct safety drills.
  11. Ensure proper signage.
  12. Ensure monthly inspection of fire safety, evacuation, and emergency equipment. Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly, kept current, and meets regulatory requirements Assist in emergency and failure recovery processes.
  13. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree required.Significant experience or technical training may be considered in lieu of degree.
  2. One to three years equipment and supply management experience.Requires experience with Microsoft Office, copiers, phone systems.
  3. One to three years Customer service experience preferred.
  4. 21 years of age.Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
  5. Maintain company-required training.
  6. Ability to travel throughout the state.
  7. Physical working conditions - The employee is subject to inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
