Regional Director of Business Development:

Valley Hope is expanding our Business Development team and is in search of a talented sales/marketing professional to join our team in this key position ofRegional Director of Business Development.

This position will oversee the business development for our Midwest Region of Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. The successful candidate will be able to travel up to 85% of the time.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Works collectively with team to implement strategic plans and goals for the department.
  • Responsible for managing a territory of referral sources including hospitals, therapists, doctors, and other professionals.
  • Lead weekly business development team meetings.
  • Provide training and coaching to team both individually and team basis as necessary.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, CEU events, and referrals source events with territory.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior that is consistent with the organizations Mission statement and objectives.
  • Coordinates with team to conduct analysis of key facility indicators in order to recognize developing trends in business development.
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to analyze business development and market trends for each facility within their region.
  • Continuously exploring ways of improving existing products and services and increasing profitability within region.
  • Works with SVP and corporate marketing staff on approving regional advertising, public relations and business development.
  • Utilize and analyze the regional marketing database to ensure current reporting and execution of data reports.
  • Develops and delivers insightful strategies and presentations to the executive committee and business department where appropriate.
  • Submit reports on regional market trends, referral sources, contacts, etc. to supervisor for quarterly board meetings and as requested.
  • Works closely with regional team members on planning and administering the marketing operations budget of the organization.
  • Oversee that conduction of referral development, customer relations, and in-service training sessions to educate community on the facility operations and services.
  • Works with corporate marketing team in developing promotional materials, which include marketing print and collateral copies and managing the production of such; as well as coordinating the regional facility\'s social media accounts.
  • Must stay up to date with the news, research, and any other information that directly affects our product or services.
