What Youll Do:

• Analyze the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) procurement system to determine problems relating with orders and paperwork tracking and make recommendations for corrections.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) stocking vendors monitoring parts usage.
• Prepares POSs (Point of Sale) for parts and supplies. Follows up on approvals neededand delivery dates daily.
• Receiving in packages to the cage, managing the locations, emailing correct group, receiving in stock and making sure paperwork matches what was received.
• Utilizes tracking systems and components sent out for repair.
• Insurance of with Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) parts, tools and machine parts.
• Maintain paperwork.
• Perform cycle counts and identify problems.
• Trained to operate a golf cart.
