The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

The successful applicant will be responsible for the supervision of 15+ employees. As such, (s)he will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and cleanliness of the crew. It is imperative that (s)he can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; must have good telephone skills. Must be able to work well with numbers; part of the supervision process will include the counting of loads of product to verify accuracy, completing paperwork, and reporting results to upper management on a daily basis.

Because our products are perishable and code dated, the successful applicant will be responsible for the proper rotation of all product in the cooler. Working on the night shift and being the only supervisor on duty in that department, (s)he will need to be a self-starter and able to work without direct supervision.

Core Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a perishable goods industry
• Previous experience in a dairy plant preferred
• Previous experience in a management or supervision capacity preferred

2nd Shift 2 P.M. 10:30 Pm Monday through Thursday and Sunday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
