Keurig Dr Pepper Blender in Williamson, New York

Blender III - Williamson, NY facility.

Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Shift & Schedule: The schedule for this position may vary between a 12 hour 2-2-3 rotating shift, or 8 hour Monday through Friday the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, overtime, and holidays is required based on business needs.

Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for producing finished product for production area.

  • Locates, validates amd weighs ingredients.

  • Quality control checks to ensure product meets requirements for production lines.

  • Responsible for the complete operation of all batch equipment.

  • Will perform preventative maintenance and operational troubleshooting of batch equipment.

  • Responsible for sampling, loading/unloading or raw material bulk tankers.

  • Unloads and checks in raw ingredients as necessary.

  • Assists in all juice preparation operations.

  • Will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all equipment as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred

  • 2 to 3 years food production operation and/or compounding experience preferred

  • Ability to work any shift and/or overtime as required

  • Experience operating a forklift truck is desired.

  • Math skills and simple calculation knowledge is needed.
