Nesco Resource is partnering with a local client here in Williamsport, PA for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative!
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Keep records maintained and up to date
- Providing accurate balancing of client revenues.
- Communicating any issues that arise to the appropriate account leader
- Going through daily web transactions
- Responding to emails promptly
- Follow all security guidelines
Qualifications:
- Atleast 1 year experience in a call center environment
- Good data entry skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Great communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish & English language
Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm No Weekends Pay: $15.00 per hour
