    How do you excel in this position

    The ideal Training Manager candidate will be responsible for creating learning solutions that ensure business success, drive change, attract and retain talent, and elevate employee performance by enhancing skills and knowledge. They identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, evaluate training effectiveness and manage training.

    What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as psychology, education, business.

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate training function, with a focus on instructional design and curriculum development. All in a technical environment preferred.

  • 2 + years of leading a Learning & Development function, including supervision of employees.

  • Experience with adult learning techniques and creating lesson plans and curriculum.

  • Experience managing a Learning Management System.

  • Strong trainer and facilitator.

  • Must exude executive presence-a combination of confidence, communication prowess, and strategic thinking that inspires trust and drives organizational success.

  • Builds strong cross-functional relationships to co-create solutions and achieve goals.

  • Ability to influence others by asking questions with curiosity and provide recommendations using expertise.

  • Strong project and program management skills.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and brainstorming skills required.

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
