Robert Half is seeking a Senior Tax or Manager level for our client. This person could be located in Willmar, Alexandria, or Melrose area. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Tax Analyst, Manager, or Director role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Must possess excellent analytical skills to interpret complex tax regulations and legislation.

• Strong communication skills to convey tax information and strategies to non-tax professionals.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address tax issues and disputes.

• Must have a thorough understanding of tax law and statutory regulations.

• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and submitting tax returns and reports.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

• Must have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving tax issues.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of tax software and systems is desirable.

• Must demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in tax-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

• Professional certification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Coach (CTC), is a plus.
