Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will cover the Greater Philadelphia area, NJ, and DE, with opportunities for local work as well. This role involves a mix of ground-up and renovation electrical work, focusing on installing and bending pipes, cables, lighting, and other electrical components. 80% of the work will be on existing structures and add-ons, with no live wire work involved.

Responsibilities

• Bend pipe and conduit

• Install cables and wiring

• Work on both ground-up projects and renovations

• Perform electrical installations including lighting and receptacles

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Pull wire and complete power installations

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of electrical field experience in commercial/industrial settings

• Proficiency in bending pipe and conduit

• Experience in installing cables and wiring

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Capability to work independently

• Experience with conduit bending and cable installation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Commercial and/or industrial experience

• Experience with construction projects

• Ability to work in teams of 1-6 people depending on the job

Work Environment

You will primarily work on existing commercial job sites, such as commercial stores and strip malls. Specialized work will be conducted in commercial rooms for specific clients. Most projects are located in PA and NJ, involving both ground-up and renovation work. Teams typically consist of 1-6 people, and work hours are Monday through Friday, typically 8-9 hours per day, starting between 6-7 a.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00
