We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Digital Operations Leader to drive our digital transformation initiatives. This role involves managing business engagement, demand management, solution design, deployment, and adoption of AI solutions across the organization.

Please note this is an onsite position. Employees work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactive Portfolio/Demand Management:  Oversee the portfolio and demand management for AI solutions across all functions and businesses within the company, in partnership with business and function facing IT Leaders.

  • Program M anagement : Develop and implement a well-organized, disciplined approach to program management to ensure effective project planning and execution, to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery of AI solutions with high quality deliverables.

  • Capability Introduction:  Lead the introduction of new digital/AI products, including Generative AI tools such as ‘Knowledge Finders’, ‘Virtual Assistants’, and ‘Virtual Advisors’.

  • Stakeholder Alignment:  Ensure strategic alignment across the organization to optimize the adoption of AI solutions.

  • Investment Management:  Manage investments in AI initiatives and report on value capture to stakeholders.

  • AI Strategy Execution:  Develop and execute an effective AI strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives.

  • Innovation and Automation:  Identify opportunities for AI to enhance existing business processes and uncover new business opportunities.

  • Talent Development:  Recruit, develop, and retain digital talent to build a high-performing team.

  • AI Ethics and Compliance:  Navigate the complex landscape of AI ethics and regulations to ensure responsible and compliant AI initiatives.

  • Performance Tracking:  Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Your Qualification Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field; Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience managing large software development / deployment programs with a highly organized, process-oriented approach to project planning and execution; PMP, Six Sigma or similar certification preferred.

  • 5+years of experience in digital operations and AI solution deployment, preferably in a global corporation.

  • Prior experience managing large global teams

  • Strong technical expertise in modern software languages, tools, agile methodology, quality assurance, data engineering and data science.

  • Exceptional leadership skills to communicate, drive results and manage expectations at multiple levels of the organization, ranging from external parties to operating teams in offshore locations, direct reports, business and functional IT teams and Corporate IT leadership team.

  • Ability to drive engagement and adoption of new technologies across the wider organization.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple products and solutions while meeting aggressive release schedule andmeeting the budget requirements.

  • Experience in managing investments and demonstrating value capture.

  • Global budget responsibility

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
