Our client, a leader in the property management sector, is seeking an Operating Engineer to join their team. As an Operating Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Management supporting the operational integrity of critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor and maintain facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.

• Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments to HVAC systems and associated equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

• Analyze and troubleshoot various building systems to identify and resolve malfunctions.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.

• Ability to analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• EPA 608 Type II Certification.

• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.

• Data center or critical facility experience?
