JPMorgan Chase Product Portfolio Operations Manager - Deposit 2.0 in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Deposit 2.0 team, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line. You will be responsible for driving, planning and developing team priorities for both routine and strategic initiatives. Activities include collaborating with and providing business support to team leadership, serving as a representative in various forums in a decision-making capacity, tracking and reporting. You will also be responsible for executive presentation, reviewing customer or banker feedback and collaborating on solutions to improve customer experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Works across products to help review delivery against business plans of future while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives.

  • Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement of new ideas.

  • Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to recommend cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized.

  • Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs.

  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and communications for a variety of audiences and constituents; act on behalf of team leadership as needed.

  • Work with a diverse group of stakeholders and groups, manage processes and timelines, and be comfortable and skilled communicating and presenting to executive leadership.

  • Manage and support team planning activities, road maps, and development schedules; monitor, track and communicate progress; escalate and manage expectations as needed; provide regular status updates.

  • Implement team controls agenda including readiness, resiliency, and change management with adherence to department and firm wide Risk and Controls standards.

  • Facilitate monthly reporting deliverables, and employee culture events.

  • Manage the team's communication program including announcements, user documentation, and Confluence pages.

  • Identify, design, and implement strategies to improve team productivity; build and maintain awareness of key initiatives, issues, trends and changes impacting consumers and Chase.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization

  • Demonstrate ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Demonstrate ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in formal and informal settings; Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation building skills; advanced Confluence Page design and administration skills.

  • Demonstrate experience as a business manager, chief of staff, or similar role; excellent organizational and relationship skills.

  • Exemplary critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Good influencing and leadership skills

  • Ability to influence colleagues and leaders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a business management or similar function

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or communications
