Citigroup Rewards Mix Shift - Marketing Strategy Lead (C13/VP) in Wilmington, Delaware
As Strategy Lead on Rewards Mix Shift , you will be responsible for the strategy and management of Rewards Mix Shift program, including multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital assets with the goal of driving shifts in customer behavior into lower cost redemption journeys by means of targeting, hyper-personalization, testing, and robust offers.
In this role, you will co-manage the personalization strategy and technical implementation with the Program Lead, Technical teams, and Product team. Additionally, you will be focused on executing the creative, testing, and contact strategy for campaigns across all marketing channels.
You will partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the program and affiliated campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
Serving as the program leader driving best-in-class customer experiences, the following responsibilities are key to the role:
Develop the program strategy as it relates to how the varying internal systems and tools deliver relevant Mix Shift offers based on models, recommendation engines, and data sets
Set the program calendar for Mix Shift program launches and milestones, ensuring that the broader ThankYou marketing team stays on track and within budget
Partner with internal teams on expanding Mix Shift program into new channels and is continually optimized based on performance
Partnering with internal teams on implementation of marketing creative and capabilities including personalization and integration across marketing channels and UAT prior to launch
Updating campaign progress and capturing records within Citi’s marketing workflow tool to maintain Citi’s high controls standard
Ensuring strong focuses on end-to-end customer experience and controls, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed to Citi’s rigorous controls standard
Working across multi-functional teams, such as:
Product and Marketing Strategy team
Agencies for creative development and execution
Marketing Information Management and channel teams to influence and coordinate targeting
Analytics team to track and support the reporting of campaign results and campaign optimization recommendations
Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content
Qualifications
Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required
Experience with marketing project and program management
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation
Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
