We are looking for a Senior Qualitative Analyst to join our team. Come and put your investigative skills to work with a team of superstars. If you have an existing understanding of credit cards and TSYS data

Exhibit curiosity, patience, adaptability, and critical thinking in solving complex data problems

Have experience with data tools (e.g., SQL/SAS), and data manipulation to turn raw data into business insights

Have a clear financial analytical understanding of how credit cards make money

Knowledge of data sources, tools and common statistical principals

High proficiency with Excel and Microsoft suite required

Enjoy thinking about data and analytics in terms of automation and finding ways to streamline data insights for everyday business users

Can communicate technical insights to executives and articulate the business impact effectively then this role is for you.

responsibilities:

Data Extraction & Transformation: Manipulate data from large, complex data sources, turning it into actionable insights that drive business decisions

Performance Data & Reporting: Build and maintain month end data artifacts that provide financial and account performance datasets and aggregated decision ready data for company use

Financial Analysis: Provide cohort and portfolio review on revenue and profitability of accounts based on multiple data sources

-

Automation Focus: Identify opportunities to streamline, scale, and automate tools and processes, putting data insights directly into the hands of business users

Data Governance & Control: Develop and maintain control artifacts such as metadata dictionaries, process flows, and control points. Assist in the creation of data models and ensure the validation and reconciliation of data

Collaborate closely with business units to understand information needs, providing high-quality, actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions

Conduct ad hoc analysis using data from various sources to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains

Communication: Present data-driven insights to executives, clearly walking through the business impact of findings

Machine learning: Use our internal tools to develop models to assist with customer communications, financial outcomes, and business needs
