Novant Health Assistant Nurse Manager, ANM- Labor and Delivery/High Risk Antepartum in Wilmington, North Carolina

Job Summary

Our Labor and Delivery team is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager that will primarily focus on Antepartum and High Risk Care Coordination. At least two years of experience in L&D required with a focus on high risk patients preferred. Experience in a leadership capacity preferred.

  • Schedule: Full Time; either 7A-3P M-F or four shifts 7A-5P

  • Department: Labor and Delivery/High Risk Antepartum

  • Location: New Hanover Regional Medical Center

Qualifications

  • Education : 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required. BSN preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.

  • Experience : Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.

  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, Required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, Required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.

  • Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
