Acadia Healthcare Inpatient Clinical Program Manager in Wilmington, North Carolina

Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.

  • Implement the approved program plan objectives, timetables, expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility

  • Responsible for staff recruitment, performance management, performance evaluation, and scheduling

  • Organize, manage and coordinate all operational and administrative processes relative to area of responsibility

  • Support, teach and act as a program resource for other staff members.

  • Monitor staff schedules to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are available to facilitate care in a timely manner.

REQUIRED:

  • Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field

  • 4 or more years' experience working with Substance Use Disorder population

  • 1 or more years' supervisory experience

  • Professional clinical license required (LCAS, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) LCAS is preferred.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

PREFERRED:

  • LCAS license

  • Certified Clinical Supervisor certification
