Title: IT Business Systems Analyst II/Executive Director of IT FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: SVP of Information Technology Base Salary Range: $80k-110k per year

Brief Summary of Work for this Position Plays a key role in driving the optimization and customization of client facing technology suite tools used in clinically integrated networks. This role is involved in highly collaborative, cross functional internal and external teams on various project activities including; end-user support, collaboration, and ongoing vendor partnerships for product development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with network agencies, vendor partners, key stakeholders, organizational operations, and multiple corporate departments to establish best practices and standardization across all applicable networks for care delivery, data capture, information flow, quality measures tracking, and performance management and improvement.
  • Conducts business systems analyst functions to support agency engagement strategy including IT project management, current/ future state analyses, use case analyses, and business requirements coordination.
  • Performs needs-assessments of vendor partners for IT systems and makes recommendations for technology systems solutions and adoption.
  • Provides workflow mapping and resulting development opportunities for optimal use of systems within the operations of each network and manage systems integration projects.
  • Work closely with systems training educators to provide strong resources and partnerships for system functionality as well as data and informatics team for data flow quality assurance.
  • Provide Tier 2 help desk support (to include minimal off hours rotation) and escalate to vendors as needed.
  • Direct the content of super user group meetings with leadership input and support.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelors degree in information technology, information systems, computer science and/or other related technical bachelors degree from an appropriately accredited institution and a minimum of two years progressive experience in healthcare delivery, operations, and/or management preferably in a clinical setting. Minimum of two years progressive experience in systems implementation and program management and development as it relates to industry best practices and advanced technical background.

Knowledge and Abilities:

Experience with project/program development, implementation, and tracking.

Ability to comprehend and navigate through intermediate business, clinical, and technical language, and subjects.

Demonstrated system and business analysis techniques.

Experience in systems analysis of healthcare information technology

Solid expertise in industry best practices regarding System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management.

Ability to use critical thinking to prioritize assignments and resolve open issues.

Ability to work with customers and vendors to create roadmaps which outline yearly update schedules for key systems. Ability to assume a lead role in technical and project implementations.

Strong focus and ability to work autonomously, balance multiple priorities, and reasonably anticipate needs from tasks at hand and fellow team members.

Flexibility and ability to travel, work remotely, coordinate effectively both in person and virtually, and communicate any logistical information to key stakeholders.
