The Director of Oncology is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the Oncology Service lines. This position develops, aligns and operationalizes the service line to strategic growth plans, operations, financial and business activities.

Minimum Education Associate's degree RN, RTT, or health related field

Bachelor’s degree must be obtain within two years of hire or transfer Master's degree Preferred

Required Skills 1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oncology and/or Radiation Oncology Leadership preferred 2. Ability to handle a high stress environment 3. Ability to communicate and react effectively to the needs of the patients and staff. 4. Active member of the American College of Oncology Administrators preferred
