ManpowerGroup Electrical Assembler I in Wilsonville, Oregon

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Electrical Assembler I to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembler I

Location: Wilsonville, OR

Pay Range: $21/hr

What’s the Job?

  1. Perform a wide range of skilled assembly to produce quality electrical switchgear.

  2. Perform assignments from verbal and/or written instructions, drawings, blueprints, schematics, or other manufacturing information.

  3. Maintain expected progress of jobs and communicate problem areas or parts shortages.

  4. Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and codes.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment, tools, and work area by performing 5S+ duties.

What’s Needed?

  1. High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution (preferred).

  2. Experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing setting (preferred).

  3. Proficiency with various tools, including manual/electric/pneumatic tools, drill press, press brake, fork truck, jib crane, template/fixtures, measuring and testing equipment, storage/packaging materials, and prescribed safety equipment (preferred).
