We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Mailroom Assistant in Wilsonville, Oregon. In this role, you will be working within the Healthcare industry, ensuring the smooth operation of our client's mailroom services. This position involves tasks related to mail processing, customer service, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle courier services, ensuring all outgoing and incoming mail is correctly processed.

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to mail distribution.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records.

• Organize and file documents as necessary to maintain a well-ordered mailroom.

• Distribute incoming mail promptly and accurately to the appropriate recipients within the organization.

• Leverage Microsoft Office Suites for data management and communication purposes.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with courier services

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Familiarity with filing systems and procedures

• Experience in distributing incoming mail in a timely and organized manner

• Knowledge of mail processing and distribution procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
