Job Title: Engineering Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Engineering Technician and engage in the assembly and testing of complex mechanical/electrical systems in a cleanroom environment. You will support process improvements, engineering testing, lean initiatives, and quality improvements. Your role will be crucial in manufacturing and delivering high-level, complex systems while solving technical problems and setting standards for your team. Additionally, you will contribute to pilot production processes and the transition to volume production, ensuring the development and improvement of processes and records.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wilton, Connecticut.

Work Environment

Multiple shifts available including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, plus compressed work week (CWW) nights and days. Shifts come with potential differential pay. The work environment is a controlled cleanroom. The later shifts have a higher pay rate than first shifts.
