Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Government sector at Wilton Manors, Florida, United States. We are in the market for a proactive and meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk. Your core function will be to manage our accounts payable processes, which includes accurately entering invoice numbers, maintaining records, and handling clerical tasks such as scanning and filing.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoice data in a timely manner.

• Keep up-to-date and precise records of accounts payable.

• Respond to and resolve any inquiries related to invoices.

• Ensure all invoices are coded correctly.

• Regularly perform account reconciliations to maintain a balanced financial record.

• Utilize systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for efficient data management.

• Execute check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Maintain an organized filing system for all invoices and related documents.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.

• Adapt to and efficiently use Tyler Technologies Munis software. Requirements • Must possess a solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation is essential.

• Experience in running check runs is required.

• Ability to accurately code invoices.

• Strong data entry skills are necessary.

• Experience in invoice processing is a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Familiarity with Oracle software is preferred.

• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP software is desirable.

• Familiarity with Tyler Technologies Munis software is beneficial.
