Description

  • Train and coach team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.

  • Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.

  • Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.

  • Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts

  • Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.

  • Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.

  • Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.

Requirements

  • Basic Computer Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
