Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as a Disposal Well Operator:

• Must be able to work 10-12 hour days

• Must consistently demonstrate the ability to learn and independently operate assigned machines and equipment such as pumps, valves, gates, and measuring/control devices.

• Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities.

• Keep up maintenance and overall appearance of the area.

• Maintain daily records.

• Monitor trucks and pumps during the off-loading process.

• Generate documents for third parties documenting their disposal. Ensure these tickets are complete and accurate.

• Meet compliance requirements with federal, state, and local rules and regulations.

• Communicate status, known issues, potential issues, etc. between crews and shifts.

Job requirements:

• Must have a basic understanding of mechanical components

• Must have excellent communication skills: Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

• Basic Computer Skills MS Office Products

• Background check and Drug test required
