Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Supervisor, the Warehouse Lead will oversee the shipping, receiving, storing and inventory of all materials within the warehouse.

High School Diploma or GED required Warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment required Must be able to successfully operate a forklift in a warehouse setting Experience using SAP preferred, but not required Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities Ensures efficient and accurate inventory control and management Performs inventory cycle counts Attends daily logistics meetings to discuss objectives, problems and action plans Trains new employees on warehouse operations and forklift operating procedures Leads receiving process for all incoming goods and materials Keeps warehouse organized and optimizes the use of storage space Collaborates with other departments to improve warehouse processes and procedures Fills in for Dispatch role and assists with loading/unloading trucks with forklift as needed Become a certified "Train the Trainer" and leads forklift training efforts Serves as a jack-of-all trades within the Logistics Department and assists wherever needed Other duties as assigned by Supply Chain Supervisor
