Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Hartford County

Job Type: Permanent, Direct Hire

A leading manufacturer in Hartford County is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The position is a direct-hire, permanent role offering a competitive pay of $20-$30 per hour as well as excellent benefits and flexibility.

Essential Functions

• Process customer payments and record transactions

• Track outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue accounts

• Timely completion of customer invoices

• Extend administrative support to the Accounting/Finance Department.

• Assist in the reconciliations and month end close process.

• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Be detailed, flexible, and organized

• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

• Skilled with ERP systems preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash posting
