Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Material Master Workflow – Coordinating with Configuration Management, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, EH&S and Planning to input accurate material master data in SAP.

• Create Standardized Work Instructions for all processes

  • Reduce Material Master Time to Completion

• Implement Master Data Rules & Strategies

• Establish Metrics & KPIs for team

• Maintain Plant-specific Material Master Template

• Proactively Review & Cleanse Master Data in SAP

• Develop Process Improvements & Implement Solutions

• Upload and update bill of materials from Windchill to SAP

  • U.S. citizen

  • Minimum 6-9 years experience with the Planning function within SAP

  • High competency in SAP

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Self-motivated to ensure accountability, disciplined to improve processes, passionate about engineering, and organized to track many work streams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Organized with the ability to multi-task while driving actions to completion

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Remote based work environment

  • Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures

  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early

  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM

  • Flexibility in workday/weekends to meet customer production schedule

  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations

  • Due to the nature of work, candidates must be US Citizen
