Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Collaborate with Human Resources Manager and Headquarters to support Human Resources for the site.

• Administer Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Support and supervize employees, handling counseling and problem resolution.

• Support Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Audits, Reporting, Community Relations.

Requirements include but not limited to:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

• Human Resources certification preferrred

• 3 years experience in Human Resources

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
