What are your contributions to the team?

  • Adhere to general Bombardier Work Requirements

  • Supervise modification team personnel in performance of daily activities

  • Provide training when required.

  • Manage interior projects through all phases of activity

  • Act as customer point of contact for all projects and resolution of aircraft issues

  • Develop team and strategy plan for the future development of interior / modifications business

  • Inspect interior, quote and issue proposals for interior shop work

  • Plan (create W / O and SVO’s) and coordinate vendors, order parts, materials and data for interior projects

  • Cover for Booth Planner as needed

  • Cultivate and maintain a local vendor base and inspect periodically for quality of service

  • Coordinate local customer drop-ins and mobile repairs

How to thrive in this role?

  • Typically a minimum of 5+ years of experience in performing aircraft interior modifications, which must include 2 years of supervisory or lead experience

  • A&P or Repairman Certificate

  • Inerpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments

  • Confident in resolution of stressful situations

  • Working knowledge of a variety of computer software programs (i.e. SAP, AMS, Pivotal, Microsoft Office)

  • College technical degree preferred (2 year degree or higher)
