Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reporting to: Director Human Resources

Classification: Full time / Professional Status: Exempt

Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Coordinator In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the talent acquisition process, assisting with HR functions, and contributing to the overall success of our HR department.

Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews.

  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Post job openings on various platforms and assist in developing job descriptions.

  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications.

    Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation logistics.

  • Coordinate training schedules and assist with the preparation of onboarding materials.

  • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company.

    Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

  • Handle general HR inquiries and redirect as necessary.

    Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in the maintenance of employee files and documentation.

  • Support HR audits and compliance initiatives.

    Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

  • Assist in coordinating employee events and activities.

    Assistance in Special Projects:

  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and special projects.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals

  • Responsible for other assigments as needed

    Knowledge, Skills, Core Competencies

  • Previous experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Education/Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
