Kelly Services Technical Services Supervisor in Windsor, Wisconsin

Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Technical Services Supervisor in Windsor, WI!

A Direct Hire Opportunity

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • With minimal supervision, safely and effectively oversee daily laboratory and product optimization operations.

  • Work collaboratively with the R&D Manager to complete necessary experimentation.

  • Be responsible for the design and conducting of experiments focusing on product quality including product validation, and root cause analysis.

  • Provide preliminary interpretation, conclusions, and next steps.

  • Work as part of a team to complete GLP regulatory projects as assigned.

  • Utilize project management tools to successfully schedule, monitor and complete assigned directives.

  • Train and provide technical guidance to direct reports and other employees as needed.

  • Write reports and communicate experimental data.

Qualifications

  • B. S. or M.S. in a scientific discipline

  • Five+ years’ experience in a product-driven industrial or research environment. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification is a plus. Basic knowledge of statistical analysis.

Skills:

  • Strong background in scientific procedure, project management and technical writing proficiency required. Demonstrated success in managing direct reports

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for long periods of time. Must complete respirator evaluation and comply with the Facial Hair policy.
