About the Role The Supply Chain Analyst role in Winona, MN will gather data and conduct analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations and provide actionable insights. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain, creates action plans, implements, and sustains improvements or resolutions to problems. Engages multiple stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize projects and develop goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to work individually as well as in teams. This position will be based onsite in Winona, MN. Your Key Responsibilities Leadand monitor activities associated with inventory analysis assessments and product end of life processes. Provide ad-hoc reporting for Supply Chain Manager, Strategic Sourcing Managers, Customer Focus Teams, and Buyers on an as-needed basis. Provide data generation, reporting, analysis, organization, and continuous improvement of supply chain information for the purpose of optimizing supply chain performance and accomplishment of strategic and tactical objectives. Expand capabilities through execution of smaller scale sourcing and/or supplier quality & development projects. Compile data, manage databases, ensure data integrity, build reports, and drive continuous improvement of information for supply chain analysis, opportunity assessment, operations, and metric reporting. Mastery of complex data analytics. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggests improvements or resolutions to problems. Assist in the negotiation and communication with suppliers as needed for inventory focused projects. Delivers continuous improvement through participation in lean kaizen events. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (3-5 years) Project management experience Desired Qualifications Develops relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment across value streams, sites, business units, and functions. Demonstrates capability for engaging with external business partners to provide seamless linkage of supply chain processes. Demonstrates capabilities in material management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), pull systems, flow, and the implementation of lean concepts. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Possess exceptional conflict resolution skills and is adept at dealing with situations involving conflict. Ability to work autonomously, with very minimal direction.
