Kelly Services Quality Inspector in Winsted, Connecticut

Join our dynamic team at a leading aerospace company located in Winsted, CT. We are committed to excellence and innovation in the aerospace industry and are looking for motivated candidates to fill our 2nd shift inspection role.

Location: Winsted, CT

Position Type: Full-Time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.58 per hour

Start date Jan. 2025

Position Summary:

As a 2nd Shift Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our aerospace products. We provide comprehensive training and certification to equip you with the skills necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of aerospace components and products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge related to inspection processes and aerospace standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated individuals ready to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.

  • Willingness to learn and be trained in inspection techniques and aerospace standards.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Previous experience in inspection or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
