Knowledgeable and capable in a specific sub-discipline of HR that could include the following: - Benefits - Compensation - Employee Relations - Recruitment - Labor Relations - EEO, Executive Programs, Management Development, or Special Programs. Liaison between all Human Resources functions and line management.
