First Horizon Bank Instructor – Contact Center Banking in Winston Salem, North Carolina

Position Overview:

Are you experienced Teacher or Corporate Instructor? First Horizon is seeking full-time Instructor to work in our Contact Center. Our instructors focus on delivering excellence with each connection (teaching, virtual huddle, workshop) to ensure virtual banker performance contributes to the growth and success of First Horizon.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete the training necessary for virtual bankers to thoroughly understand our products and service to execute on serving clients through phone channel.

• Conduct/deliver virtual teaching sessions that are engaging, motivational, and creative to our team.

• Assess/recognize individual learning needs and provide coaching and/or tips for improvements.

• Celebrate individual learning achievements and accomplishments.

• Collaborate with team to identify areas of opportunity in our learning programs.

• Provide written updates to leaders on the learner’s development.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

Overall core competencies include:

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service conversations.

• Motivated to deliver successful virtual learning/training.

• Excellent oral and written detail-oriented communicator.

• Embrace learning at lightning speed.

• Comfortable adapting quickly to change (numerous systems, procedures, resources).

• And last, but not least – willingness to have fun, be creative, and inspire learning!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of teaching experience is essential requirement for consideration.

• Education degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Teaching Certification.

• Knowledge of Contact Center environment is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
