Primary responsibility will be leading IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy) processes, including count generation and reconciliation, for Machining, Assembly, and Indirect materials. Additionally, this job will include process improvements, reporting out to leadership on key metrics.

Education / Training:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;

• Minimum 1 year Supply Chain, Manufacturing or equivalent experience;

• Intermediate knowledge of PC for data entry;

• Microsoft Office intermediate level skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint);

• Ability to comfortably present to team members and other area Leadership.

Key Job Elements:

• Generate and assign daily cycle counting orders for Machining, Assembly, and Indirect inventory areas including rough, line side, and FGI storage areas;

• Analyze initial count results and assign re-counts where necessary;

• Support manual inventory adjustments and material conversions on an as needed basis;

• Launch cycle counts as requested by our internal process partners and customers;

• Lead RCCA investigation into any inventory adjustments outside of agreed-upon thresholds;

• Prepare weekly and monthly IRA metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

• SAP/LN experience a significant plus, ERP system experience required;

• Demonstrated strong understanding of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and/or other analytical tools;

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management / analysis, production / kitting planning;

• Must possess and demonstrate a strong detail orientation and focus on work accuracy, as well as time and task management skills;

• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain and inventory management practices;

• Demonstrated high-level of conceptual, quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships;

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills;

• Office climate. 25% shop floor time required;

• Infrequent need to physically move material. Must be able to team lift up to 55 lbs.; must be able to push and pull up to 125 lbs.
