Education / Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, or MES business experience is preferred.

Job Title:

IT Support Analyst

Winston Salem

Key Job Elements:

• Ensuring the functionality of Progress Rail’s MES system, including user support, implementation, process improvement and documentation;

• Providing guidance and documentation to on-site key users as they perform pre-IT support functions for the MES users;

• Participating in MES implementation/change projects. Ensuring no interruption to support responsibilities as implementations occur;

• Participate and learn the systems of record and other applications which interface with PRS’s MES;

• Keeping up-to-date documentation of MES related manuals and training documentation;

• Participating in the implementation of new procedures, enhancing existing procedures and documenting procedures for retention and versioning;

• Travel between PRS locations s as required (Potential 25 %).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing business processes, materials and warehousing, quality management, process engineering or MES processes;

• ERP use and experience Minimum 3 years, Infor LN experience with master data and configuration experience is a bonus;

• Ability and willingness to travel;

• Preferred experience supporting and assisting in implementing MES systems;

• Direct experience with end user collaboration, training and process documentation;

• Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail;

• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Teams, Power BI, Visio);

• Excellent communication skills;

• Passion for researching and implementing new technologies and improving processes.
