Description We are on the hunt for a dedicated Purchasing Agent to join our team in WINSTON SALEM, North Carolina. In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining precise customer records. You'll also be entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring customer accounts and implementing appropriate actions. This role presents a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Implement appropriate actions based on the monitoring of customer accounts

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems in the execution of duties

• Leverage Epicor and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in managing resources

• Apply ERP Solutions in resolving complex issues

• Utilize Great Plains (GPAC) in managing accounting functions

• Use About Time effectively in executing tasks

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and manage Budget Processes

• Oversee Buying Processes and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Must have experience with Epicor.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Experience with ERP Solutions is a must.

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is necessary.

• Familiarity with About Time software is required.

• Should have a good understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Should have a thorough knowledge of Budget Processes.

• Must have experience with Buying Processes.
