ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

The Senior ManagerRoute-to-Market Projectis responsible for supporting the implementation of the wholesale route-to-market project. The role works cross-functionally to support all facets of the project’s execution roadmap. Key accountabilities include coordinating and facilitating internal stakeholder engagements, maintaining detailed project tracking records, providing data analysis and customer investment support, and developing internal communications including meeting recaps and project presentations. The role often engages with multiple internal teams and wholesale customers to ensure alignment of objectives and project execution.

This position requires extensive knowledge of industry trends, a strong understanding of Reynolds Marketing Services Company (RMSC) strategic plans/initiatives, and a proficient understanding of wholesale and supply chain strategies. The role requires strong project management skills, exceptional data processing and analysis skills, ability to support complex negotiations through building fact-based assessments and recommendations, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and relationship management capabilities to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support all internal facets of project execution and management.

  • Coordinate and facilitate internal collaborator engagements.

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of project objectives and roadmap on time and in full.

  • Responsible for planning and tracking of project roadmap including associated business efficiencies.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Steering Committee and Reynolds Leadership Team presentations.

  • Provide scenario planning assessments and customer investment analysis to support customer negotiations.

  • Responsible for ongoing risk assessment analysis and mitigation recommendations.

  • Establishes and maintains strong internal and wholesale customer relationships.

  • Responsible for understanding current and future regulatory and legislative guidelines.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

  • 3 – 5 demonstrated ability in project management, including leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing working directly with customers, and/or strategic key account partners.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Self-starter who works well independently & collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Diligent with strong written and verbal presentation skills; able to process and present complex information in simple and digestible formats. Must be able to customize and adapt presentation based on audience.

  • Must be able to navigate a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

  • Highly developed curiosity to drive innovation and transformation.

  • Solution-oriented with strong inter-personal skills; dedication to influence both internal and external stakecollaboratorsarious levels within an organization.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • BA/BS degree required

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods, especially tobacco, and/or other regulated industries, is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in project management is a plus.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
