Vail Resorts Senior Integration Developer in Wisconsin

Job Summary

Responsible for the development, maintenance, and monitoring of systems as they relate to enterprise integration. Primary job activities include the design, build, test, and maintenance of enterprise integration solutions leveraging messaging, enterprise services, and data integration. Other activities may include learning new methodologies and how to apply them in an existing enterprise and a willingness to explore emerging technologies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Service Development

  • Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise services using WCF / .NET

  • Enterprise Integration Development

  • Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise integration applications using a variety of tools

  • Writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning

  • Platform Support

  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues with existing applications and production transaction processing

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of combined, hands-on experience with software development in one or more the following areas: o Real-Time Middleware tools (BizTalk, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) o Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) tools (Automation Anywhere, UI Path, etc.) o SSIS or other batch based ETL development

  • Experience with RDBMS, such as Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle

  • Production support experience along with strong debugging skills

  • Experience working with a diverse set of business units

  • Experience with Agile and Source Control (Jira, BitBucket, Git, etc…)

  • Good verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Ability to communicate technical solutions a to non-technical audience

  • Ability to document technical solutions

  • Ability to work independently

  • Desire to rapidly learn and implement new technologies

  • Ability to deliver quality deliverables against specified timelines

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Mulesoft

  • Experience with API Management

  • Experience with C#/.Net

  • Experience with PowerShell

  • Experience with Automation Anywhere

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

  • Experience developing enterprise integration solutions leveraging messaging and enterprise services • Experience in the snow sports or hospitality industry

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $103,000 - $120,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment where employees living within 50 miles of the Broomfield office work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays. Employees living outside of a commutable distance can work remotely from British Columbia, Washington D.C., and the 16 U.S. states* in which we currently operate. This includes: California, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
