We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager who is a results-driven leader with a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making. They are well-versed in communicating with customers, vendors, and various levels of leadership. They will coordinate cross-functional teams to plan, initiate, and deploy strategic product development. This is a hybrid role based in our Janesville, WI Plant.

The Sr. Product Manager will perform the following duties to support the team’s goals and other assigned duties:

• Develop and execute product and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and optimization

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders

• Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members

• Assess competitors’ products and pricing

• Assess product reliability and customer satisfaction

• Develop spares/AMO strategy for assigned product lines

• Build pricing strategy for assigned products, spares, and service

• Monitor product line gross margin

In this role you will be responsible for, leading the product strategy, development, and execution for our key product lines. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive product innovation and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools

• Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term product strategies that align with business goals

• Market Analysis: Strong skills in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into product features and improvements

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
