Job Title: CNC Mazak Integrex Setup/Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mazak Integrex Setup/Operator to join our team in a state-of-the-art facility. This role involves setting up, programming, and operating a Mazak Integrex Mill Turn work center. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on advanced high-pressure water jetting equipment in a fast-growing and innovative company.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Mazak Integrex Mill Turn work centers.

• Interpret prints with GD&T to ensure precision in manufacturing.

• Perform setups in a timely and efficient manner.

• Setup gauging and use basic inspection equipment to verify print specifications.

• Provide feedback to leaders to improve manufacturing processes.

• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, depth micrometers, and bore gages.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist.

• 2+ years of experience with Mazatrol Controls (edits).

• Ability to perform setups independently.

• Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, depth micrometers, and bore gages.

• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.

• Tool offsets and programming edits.

• Proper tool touch-off skills.

• Basic math skills including fractions to decimals conversion.

• Ability to hold tight tolerances.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mazatrol programming from scratch.

• Aerospace or Prototype experience preferred

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean and climate-controlled facility built in 2021. The company provides a supportive atmosphere with various departments, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience. The 2nd shift hours are from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM/2:00 AM (depending on 8/10-hour shifts), Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for 2-4 weeks depending on skill level.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wixom, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60320.00
