Address customer concerns and claims related to automotive access systems such as latches, latch modules, door actuators, sliding doors, deck lids, and interior solutions; oversee operations of customer portals; address internal concerns; conduct detailed root cause analysis to pinpoint issues; lead problem-solving efforts with cross-functional teams; handle submissions for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and IMDS (International Material Data System); update and oversee PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and control plans, contributing to their development; and monitor and control costs related to quality initiatives.
