WNY. YWCA Buffalo Niagara. 21st CCLC Site Coordinator. FT. $20.00- $22.00/Hour.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Site Coordinator works with the Project Director, school administration, teachers, teacher assistants and partners to create a program that addresses the individual needs of the children. The Site Coordinator provides supervision and management of the program and assumes full responsibility for the management and administration of the site. The Site Coordinator also acts as the Educational Liaison with the school to ensure transition from school day to afterschool (and vice versa). Site Coordinator may also act as Lead Teacher (when necessary), preparing weekly lesson plans that align with Common Core standards and address the students academic, social and emotional development.

QUALIFICATIONS: An Associates Degree in Human Services or related field and two (1) years youth development programming experience preferred; or

A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one (2) years of youth development programming experience;

Experience working with marginalized communities preferred.
